💜 What is Mariko?
Mariko helps you organize, plan and prioritize your daily life in a simple and visual way. Specifically designed for people with NPD (e.g. ADHD and autism), the app makes it easy to manage activities, share schedules with others and customize planning according to your needs.
📌 Navigating Mariko
To make navigating Mariko easier, we will start by describing the pages available.
There are four different pages in Mariko in this version:
Daily schedule
Master list
Project
Private
The main menu
Through the main menu you can access the navigation to all pages in the Mariko app.

Daily schedule
The heart of many in Mariko is the Daily Schedule, from here many work on their activities during the day. The focus is of course on today’s activities, history and future.
Only activities with dates are shown here.

Master list
A complete overview of all activities, both planned and unsorted.

Projects
Take collaboration to the next level. Here you can separate activities in your own daily schedule and set up individual projects to assign areas and activities to.
Areas and activities work in almost the same way as in the other pages of Mariko.

🎓 Basic concepts in Mariko
Here we show an image from the Daily Schedule and list the descriptions below.
Top navigation:

1. Main menu
Opens the main menu where you can navigate to the different pages of Mariko.
2. View active user
Displays the avatar of the active user.
Click on the avatar to open the profile settings.
If someone shares their daily schedule with you, you can see which user’s daily schedule you are viewing by switching it from your avatar to the active user’s.
3. Page name
Displays the name of the current page in the app - in this case “Daily Schedule”.
This can also be inferred by the color that is displayed, such as the purple color for the daily schedule.
4. Share daily schedule
Click here to invite or set sharing preferences.
The plus sign on the icon indicates that you have not yet started collaborating with someone else.
(Once you start collaborating, you will see the icon with two people)
5. Search for content
Opens the search function to find and filter activities.
6. Page settings menu
Opens more settings for the page you are on.
Example from the Daily Schedule settings menu:

Here are some settings
Hide completed activities: Shows/hides all activities marked as Completed.
Hide skipped activities: Shows/hides all activities marked as Skipped.
Hide Delayed area: Shows/hides the area where you can see all delayed activities.
(only available in the daily schedule)
Hide Daily Summary: Shows/hides the information at the top that summarizes your day.
(only available in the daily schedule)
Hide blank areas: Shows/hides all areas that do not have active activities in them.
(only available in the daily schedule and in projects)
Turn off activity duration size: Shows/turns off the duration size of activities. The height changes depending on the duration of the activity, the change is from 1 min to 2 hours or more.
Enable compact view: Turns on/off to show activities more compressed.
This makes it easier for some users to get an overview.
Guides and manuals: This opens our help and guides pages.
Support: This takes you to the chat where you can get direct help with everything in the Mariko app.
User settings: This has some global settings such as, change name or how you want delayed activities to be displayed.
Future settings will be available, such as synchronization with Google calendars.

7. date navigation
The daily schedule shows activities from the date shown here. Except if there are overdue activities in the past, then they can also be seen here.
The arrows are used to go to the previous or next day.
Click on the date text to open the month view which makes it easier to move further back or forward in time.
The date navigation is only available in the Daily Schedule.
8. “+ Add” button
This quick button allows you to quickly and easily add a new activity.
9. The quick menu
To make it even easier to switch between different pages, we have added this menu that allows you to easily move between the pages: Daily schedule, Master list, Projects and Inbox.
👤 Sharing your daily schedule
✔ Share your schedule with other users and give them different roles:
Edit - Can make changes to your schedule.
View - Can only see content and make notes in your activities.

🔍 Search and filter activities
Use the search function to quickly find a specific activity.
Filter activities by date, priority, energy, area and category.
Create SmartViews to save customized filtering.

💬 Support
Get help on how to use the app through live chat with a mentor.

You can easily come back here, directly from the app, to continue using our guides.
Links can be found in the main menu and the pages’ settings menu.

⚙️ Change language and log out
From the main menu you can also access other important settings, in addition to navigating between pages.

🇸🇪 Change language - Here you can easily switch the language throughout the app between Swedish and English
Log out - If you want to log out of Mariko, you can do so from this menu.

There are also direct links to the guides on these pages and to the chat if you need to write or speak for help.
