Focus view and Timer
When your brain has difficulty choosing, starting, or completing a task, it can help to reduce impressions and choices.
The Focus view shows only what you need right now—with clear timing, support buttons, and encouragement when you're done.
One activity at a time—without being distracted by the rest of your schedule.

1. Timer
The timer is an excellent tool for focusing on a task for a specific amount of time and can be particularly useful for managing time and energy efficiently.
Once you click on Focus View, you can also use the Timer feature.
You can set the timer for specific activities in your daily schedule and receive a reminder when the time is up.
