Top navigation in the daily schedule
We want to start by pointing out three important features at the top of the daily schedule.

1st - Share your daily schedule
Share your schedule with other users and give them different roles to edit or view content only.
2. - Search & filter
Opens the search function to find and filter activities.
3. - Settings menu in the daily schedule
Possibility to configure the daily schedule, this menu is available on several pages (such as Master list) and is usually unique to the page you are on.

Navigating through the Quick menu
The menu at the bottom of the page takes you quickly and easily to another page in Mariko when you need to.
It is only hidden in the Daily Schedule in case you are looking at another user’s daily schedule, as you cannot see their activities in e.g. Master list or Private activities.
Go back to viewing your own daily schedule and you will see the context menu again!

5. - Areas
An area contains activities that have their own order and can be opened or closed to give more overview of what you are currently working on.

Click anywhere on the top of the area to open/close the activities contained in it.
Use the eye icon to activate the Area’s Focus view and only the activities in this area.
Add new activities by pressing the + Add button.
6. - Mark as Done
When you have finished an activity, it is important to mark it as Done or as Skipped.

Go to the daily schedule, where the activity is located.
Tap the circle on the activity to mark it as done.
7. - Focus view for activities
Displays a more stripped-down view to help you concentrate on one task at a time.
Click on the Focus View link found on each activity card.
This will open Focus mode and you will only see one activity at a time.
When you mark the activity as Done or Skipped, the next activity will open if there are more in the area where the activity is located.

8. - Get help
Tap on the activity.
Select Support.
Here you can get help via Mariko’s support functions.
