With Mariko you can easily integrate your Google Calendar to see all your Google events along with your activities in Mariko.

Here you can also check off your Google events so you can clearly see when they are completed!

With an easily accessible link, you can open and edit Google events directly in the Google Calendar on your device.

Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Open Daily Schedule in Mariko

• In Mariko, go to the main menu and select Daily Schedule. This is where the day’s activities are displayed, both manual and from your calendar.

  

2. go to user settings

• In the Day Schedule view, tap the settings menu in the top right corner to open settings

  and select “Synchronize Google Calendar”.

  

3. Authorize Mariko with Google

A popup will appear saying:

• “Mariko wants to log in using google.com”

• Press Continue to grant access.

  

4. Select account and calendars

• Select the Google account you want to sync with and check the calendars to be shown in Mariko. Save the changes.

  

5. Activities are synced into Daily Schedule

Now events from your Google Calendar are automatically synced to Mariko’s Daily Schedule. You can see:

• 📆 Scheduled activities with times (e.g. 09:00-10:00)

• 🌞 All-day events

• 📅 Multi-day events

6. View details for Google activity

Tap on an activity in the Day Schedule to view:

• Date and time

• Description of the activity

• Participants and responses (yes/pending)

• Links to e.g. Google Meet link (if added)

Edit Google events directly in the Google Calendar app

If you click on the link in the right corner when editing a Google calendar entry.

It will open directly in the Google Calendar app!

There you can work as usual with your events.
