Master List - Overview and Usage
Master List gives you full control over your planning! 🚀

Master List is a central place where you can see, organize and manage all your activities in Mariko. Unlike the Daily Schedule, you can also see activities without a date here.


Features and Benefits

✔ Filtering and sorting - Use smart filters to quickly find what you’re looking for.

✔ Quick access to SmartViews - The purple buttons (e.g. â€œToday”, “Tomorrow”) lead to customizable views.

✔ Add and edit tasks - Easy options to create and manage tasks.


How to use the Master List

1. View activities

Activities in the Master List are divided into categories:

  • Undated Tasks Tasks that have not yet been assigned a specific date.

  • Delayed Activities that have passed their due date but are not yet ready.

  • Today Activities that are scheduled to be performed during today’s date.

  • Tomorrow Activities that are scheduled to be performed tomorrow.

  • Upcoming Activities that are scheduled for later in time, after tomorrow.

  • Completed Activities that have already been marked as completed.

2. Manage activities

  1. Tap on an activity to edit details.

  1. Use the 👁 eye icon to open the focus view and make the activities in a category “one-at-a-time”.

  1. Tap 
 for more settings.

📌 Tip: Repeating activities only appear once within a category. You will see the next active repetition date on the card.

For example, the activity “Eat breakfast” is repeated every day. In the Today category, today’s date is shown on the activity.


3. create a new activity

  1. Press the pink “+ Add” button at the bottom.

    • You can also add activities directly to a category or by clicking on 
 and selecting “Add activity” in the menus

  1. Fill in the activity details.

  1. Save by pressing “Confirm”.


4. Filter activities with Smartviews

  1. Click on any of the purple buttons(Today, Tomorrow, This week) to see relevant activities.

  1. To add your own SmartViews, do a new search (🔍) and click on “Save as Smartview”


Frequently asked questions

Question: Why don’t I see all the tasks?

Answer: Check the filters and select the correct view.

Question: How do I create a SmartView?

Answer: Use the search function to edit or create your own views.
