Master List is a central place where you can see, organize and manage all your activities in Mariko. Unlike the Daily Schedule, you can also see activities without a date here.

How to use the Master List
1. View activities
Activities in the Master List are divided into categories:
Undated Tasks Tasks that have not yet been assigned a specific date.
Delayed Activities that have passed their due date but are not yet ready.
Today Activities that are scheduled to be performed during todayâs date.
Tomorrow Activities that are scheduled to be performed tomorrow.
Upcoming Activities that are scheduled for later in time, after tomorrow.
Completed Activities that have already been marked as completed.
2. Manage activities
Tap on an activity to edit details.
Use the đ eye icon to open the focus view and make the activities in a category âone-at-a-timeâ.
Tap ⊠for more settings.
đ Tip: Repeating activities only appear once within a category. You will see the next active repetition date on the card.
For example, the activity âEat breakfastâ is repeated every day. In the Today category, todayâs date is shown on the activity.

3. create a new activity
Press the pink â+ Addâ button at the bottom.
You can also add activities directly to a category or by clicking on ⊠and selecting âAdd activityâ in the menus
Fill in the activity details.
Save by pressing âConfirmâ.
4. Filter activities with Smartviews
Click on any of the purple buttons(Today, Tomorrow, This week) to see relevant activities.
To add your own SmartViews, do a new search (đ) and click on âSave as Smartviewâ
