In Mariko, you can share your daily schedule with other users and give them different access rights. You can also see someone else’s schedule if they share it with you.
Steps to share your daily schedule
Open the Daily Schedule
Navigate to the Daily Schedule by tapping on “Daily Schedule” in the main menu.
Open sharing settings
Tap the share icon (👥) at the top of the daily schedule.
Options:
Tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
Select “Sharing” in the menu.
📌 Tip:
If you have shared your daily schedule, the symbol changes so you can see that the content is shared with others.
The “+” will appear if it is not shared.
Add a person
Press “+ Invite user via email”.
Enter the person’s email address and press “Invite”.
Select access rights
View: The person can view content, as well as make notes. But not to change anything.
Edit: The person can edit and add new activities. Help you organize, plan and prioritize!
Confirm the selection by clicking on the button at the bottom “Send invitation to my daily schedule”.
Manage shared users
An invitation can be canceled at any time, just click on “Cancel”.
To change a person’s access once they have accepted, tap the three dots next to their name and select “Edit sharing”.
If you want to stop sharing the schedule with a person, tap “Stop sharing”.
📌 Tip: To remove all sharing, select “Remove all sharing” from your own menu.
Steps to see someone else’s schedule
Confirm the invitation
If someone shares their daily schedule with you, you will receive an invitation by email.
Follow the link in the email, or go directly to the sharing view in the app.
Tap the invitation and accept it.
Navigate to the shared schedule
Go to “Daily schedule”.
In the sharing view, you will see the schedules shared with you.
Tap on the schedule you want to view.
Interact with the schedule
If you have “View” rights, you can only view content and make notes
If you have “Edit” rights, you can add, change and organize activities in the Daily Schedule.

Question: Can someone with edit rights invite others to my daily schedule?
Answer: No, only you can invite someone or change rights to your own daily schedule.
Question: What happens if I remove a person from my daily schedule?
Answer: The person will no longer have access to your schedule, but previous notes and changes will remain.
Question: Can I change someone else’s schedule?
A: Only if you have been given “Edit” rights.
Question: How do I know if someone has made changes to my schedule?
A: You can see the updates in the app directly, just as if you made the changes yourself.
